Job Summary
The Sales Manager will drive the resort’s commercial performance by developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, MICE, and corporate segments.
Maintain relationships with key travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Prepare and manage annual sales plans and budgets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with Marketing to design promotional campaigns and digital strategies.
Represent the resort at trade fairs, workshops, and networking events.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel or resort sales.
Strong network within the Italian and European hospitality market.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory).
Goal-oriented with proven track record in meeting sales targets.
