Job Description

SH – Sales

Sales & Marketing : - Implementing strategies / policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion. - Organizing promotional campaigns / technical presentations for new product development; focusing on brand establishment & market penetration. Business Development : - Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the dealers to assist them to promote the product. - Negotiating contracts / agreements, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing pre / post technical assistance and achieving delivery & quality norms. Channel / Distribution Management : - Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share. - Ensuring prompt re-dresses of dealer grievances; meeting the collection targets and ensuring strict follow-ups in of dealer grievances; meeting the collection targets and ensuring strict follow-ups in case of default of payments.
