Software Engineer - C#.Net Full stack Developer

About the Role : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer with a strong background in ASP.NET, C#, and web technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of hands-on experience in software development and a passion for building scalable, reliable applications that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities : Application Development & Maintenance

Perform daily programming tasks including application development, debugging, and enhancements for Connixt applications.

Manage and optimize databases to ensure high performance and reliability.

Conduct performance analysis and resolve software issues through proactive troubleshooting.

Team Collaboration & Project Contribution

Participate actively in both new and existing projects by providing technical insights and recommendations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.

Customer Support & Technical Assistance

Provide ongoing technical support to clients and internal users.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

Assist in performance tuning and optimization based on customer feedback and usage analytics.

Required Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (highly desirable).

3+ years of professional experience in software development and system analysis.

Strong experience with ASP.NET, C#, and Visual Studio.

Familiarity with web services, XML, and relational databases.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong technical documentation and presentation abilities.

Proven ability to manage time and priorities effectively, both individually and in a team setting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) : Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and Knockout.js .

Experience mentoring other developers or leading small projects.
