Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET Core and React.js to develop and maintain scalable web applications and microservices. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in modern software development, and a passion for creating robust, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Backend Development :

Design, develop, and maintain microservices and APIs using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
Implement RESTful APIs ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
Integrate with Kafka and other messaging platforms for asynchronous communication and real-time data processing.
Optimize data models and queries across relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).

Software Architecture & DevOps :

Architect and implement scalable, distributed systems using microservices best practices.

Leverage cloud-based blob storage for managing large files and unstructured data.

Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration, and implement CI / CD pipelines for automated deployment.

Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging to ensure reliability, observability, and operational excellence.

Collaboration & Agile Development :

Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, architects, and product stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, peer code reviews, and architecture discussions.

Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.

Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and React.js.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven design patterns (publish-subscribe, message queueing systems).

Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).

Familiarity with cloud-native storage solutions like blob storage.

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD tools, and Git.

Experience with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Excellent analytical, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets.

Exposure to serverless functions and modern cloud-native design patterns.

Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT, Identity Server).

Familiarity with automated testing tools and practices (unit, integration, and load testing).
