Executive Procurement - Herbal Extracts,Nutraceuticals

Role Overview : The

Procurement Executive

will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of

raw materials, packaging materials, labels, and printed components

for Aora’s nutraceutical range. The role demands strong

negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills

, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Source raw materials – special extracts, active pharma ingredients, excipients and negotiate with suppliers for

labels, bottles, cartons, and packaging materials

and maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct performance evaluations.

Ensure all materials comply with

FSSAI / GMP

quality and documentation standards.

Collaborate with

Production, QA, Regulatory, and R&D

teams for approvals and specifications.

Track market trends, manage purchase orders, and ensure cost optimization.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in

Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry

, or

Supply Chain Management

4–8 years of procurement experience in

nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, or food supplements

Strong

negotiation and analytical

skills with hands-on vendor management experience.

Proficiency in

MS Excel / ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle)

preferred.

Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

(spoken and written).
