Answer and route phone calls WhatsApp queries and walk-in inquiries.
Coordinate with doctors nurses and diagnostic staff for patient flow.
Collect and maintain billing information issue receipts and handle basic cash transactions.
Ensure the waiting area is clean organized and comfortable for patients.
Guide patients to tests and direct them to relevant rooms.
Maintain daily reports patient logs and follow-up lists.
Handle basic administrative tasks (document filing scanning data entry).
