Business Development & Client Acquisition
∙Identify and pursue new corporate clients to achieve business targets.
∙Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Client Relationship Management
∙Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
∙Provide regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
∙Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Sales & Revenue Growth
∙Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
∙Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients.
∙Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities.
Market Research & Reporting
∙Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
∙Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management.
∙Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies.
Event Planning
∙Design event concepts aligned with client objectives and company goals.
∙Develop detailed event proposals, including timelines, deliverables, and resource
allocation.
∙Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative event
strategies.
Event Budgeting
∙Prepare accurate event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource
utilization.
∙Track and manage expenses, negotiate with vendors, and ensure financial accountability.
∙Provide post-event financial reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Event Coordination
∙Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event
operations.
∙Manage logistics such as venue selection, catering, audio-visuals, branding, and
transportation.
∙Ensure all stakeholders are aligned with event objectives and timelines.
Event Execution
∙Oversee the implementation of event plans, ensuring all activities are carried out
smoothly.
∙Supervise staff, vendors, and contractors during events to ensure quality and adherence
to standards.
∙Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid disruption.
On-site Event Management
∙Act as the primary contact point for clients and attendees during events.
∙Monitor event flow, guest management, and service delivery.
∙Ensure the client’s expectations are met and exceeded through flawless execution.

Qualification & Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or
related field.
Experience : Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with exposure to corporate
