JOB OVERVIEW :
The Software Sales Executive will be responsible for selling as software products, solutions and / or services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The individual will profile, identify and engage with potential customers, conduct product / solution demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams. Success in this role requires strong communication, negotiation and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of enterprise software and the associated market dynamics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Technical Proficiency : Understanding of enterprise software products and technologies (like : ERP solutions, BI platforms, CRM tools, SCM systems, CMS, Project Management tools, HRMS, BPA platforms, Finance and Accounting tools, etc.) with the ability to explain them to clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products and customer needs.
CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales activities and customer information.
Experience with specific enterprise software platforms : SAP Business Suite, Cloud ERP Solutions, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Databases, Cloud Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Integration Services, etc.
