Role Overview :
A leading skills-focused higher-education institution is scaling work-integrated programs across technology, business, healthcare, and hospitality. You'll drive the next phase of growth - owning the full funnel from campaign planning to enrolments, and enabling counsellor productivity through playbooks, CRM discipline, and data-driven experiments.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Build annual & quarterly GTM plans for assigned program verticals (e.g., Campus, Hospitality, International Mobility).
2) Run 360- campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships; collaborate closely with performance marketing.
3) Own funnel KPIs : MQL -Enquiry -Counselling -Enrolment with numeric targets per stage.
4) Enable counsellors with scripts, objection-handling guides, nurture cadences; set weekly productivity goals.
5) Audit counselling quality via call reviews, CRM hygiene, and conversion tracking.
6) Benchmark competitors; launch experiments on new channels, tools, and content formats.
7) Partner with Ops & Admissions for pipeline visibility and enrolment reconciliation.
8) Report weekly / monthly / quarterly funnel health and forecast vs. actuals to leadership
Qualification Required :
1) Minimum 5 years of experience in B2C growth or sales for education, edtech, or services sectors
2) Proven experience driving enrolments or sales through structured funnels.
3) Strong grasp of GTM planning, digital marketing, and CRM-based operations.
4) Bachelor's degree required; MBA / PG in Marketing / Education / Services preferred
5) Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills.
