Senior Finance and Accounting Executive

As a Senior Finance and Accounting Executive, your roles and responsibilities include :

• Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries and monthly book closures.
• Handling invoice generation, tracking payments, managing vendor transactions, and ensuring timely processing of payables in accordance with payment terms.
• Conducting ledger reconciliations, particularly for bank accounts, receivables, and payables, and overseeing monthly GSTR-2B reconciliation. Also, following up on GST filings by vendors and quarterly reconciliation of Form 26AS.
• Ensuring prompt payment and filing of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and PT.
• Compiling monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and presenting them to management within established timelines.
• Coordinating with external auditors, addressing their queries, and providing necessary documentation as requested.
• Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the Income Tax Act and relevant provisions of the Companies Act pertaining to corporate entities.
• Proficient in using accounting software including Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books.
• Undertaking any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
