Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member at Woodlands Inn, located in Chennai. As a Front Desk Staff member, you will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they have a positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
• Basic Computer Literacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is a plus
