Cognos Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards using Cognos 11 and Cognos Analytics.
• Lead efforts on report migration projects to Cognos 11 and Analytics platform.
• Manage and configure Cognos Framework Manager metadata models and data modules.
• Perform data modeling to support BI reporting and analytics needs.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimize Cognos reports and dashboards for performance and accuracy.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across Skills :
• 9 to 10 years of strong experience in Cognos development, preferably including leadership or lead developer experience.
• Expertise with Cognos 11 and Cognos Analytics dashboarding.
• Experience in report migration to Cognos 11 and Analytics.
• Proficient with Cognos Framework Manager and Data Modeling.
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL queries to support BI reporting.
