Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Enterprise Sales Head, located in Kolkata. The responsibilities of this role include developing and managing enterprise-level sales strategies, overseeing the sales lifecycle, fostering strong client relationships, and managing key accounts. Additionally, this role involves supervising and guiding a high-performing sales team, analyzing market trends, and driving revenue growth effectively.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, set strategies, and make evidence-based decisions
Expertise in Account Management, including cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
Strong ability in Sales and Sales Management, including developing strategies for business growth and meeting sales targets
Experience in Team Management, ensuring a motivated and high-performing sales team
Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in enterprise-level engagements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
