HTIC Global - Senior Manager - Human Resource

Cochin (Work from Office). Working days Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday). Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred.

Job Purpose :

To oversee the overall management and implementation of HTIC Global's HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and tools. This role will work closely with the CEOs, Head of Business, and Senior HR Partner to ensure that organizational HR policies and procedures are tailored to specific functions such as Recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Experience, and HR Strategic Planning & Execution :

• Lead and manage the HR division, providing oversight and leadership.
• Create an HR strategy aligned with HTIC Globals organizational and global goals.
• Implement company culture, values, and policies.
