Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer - Backend with 2 to 4 years of experience in backend web development.

The ideal candidate will have strong, hands-on experience with Python and Django and a solid understanding of fundamental computer science principles.

This role requires a professional who can build robust and scalable tech products, work effectively with a team, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality backend services and REST API endpoints to support web and mobile applications.
• Utilize expertise in Python and Django to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Contribute to front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a preference for knowledge of frameworks like Vue or React.
• Apply a deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex problems and ensure high-performance product delivery.
• Work with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and MySQL to manage and optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to author clean, standards-compliant code and ensure seamless integration across the stack.
