Job description

Job Description : Must-Haves :

7+ years of experience in software Strong hands-on experience with Python, Spring Boot.
2+ year of hands-on AWS experience.
Experience working in front-office environments alongside portfolio managers.
Knowledge of capital markets, asset classes (FX, Equities, Commodities), and trade lifecycle.
Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Plusses :

Experience with Terraform and Airflow.

Familiarity with MongoDB.

Exposure to SDLC of AI tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Software Engineer with strong business acumen and eagerness to learn capital markets operations.

Effective communicator able to collaborate with front-office teams.

Skilled at triaging bugs, analyzing data issues, and understanding asset classes.

Experience in portfolio management, order entry, and trade support systems.

Enhance and configure systems to onboard and manage new funds.

Maintain and scale the portfolio management application.

Participate in system and data pipeline development.

Work on enhancements related to risk calculations and trade decision logic.

Collaborate with engineers on AWS cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.
