Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, launch, and scale high-performance digital campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital platforms to
drive product sales, user growth, and ROI
Develop, execute, and monitor full-funnel marketing strategies—from awareness to conversion—to consistently grow revenue.Manage ad budgets strategically to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.Conduct A / B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements to identify and scale top-performing campaigns.Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance week over week.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling visuals, copy, and CTAs.Prepare weekly and monthly reports outlining ad spend, revenue generated, and performance improvements.Stay up to date with the latest Meta Ads trends, algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.Qualifications :
1–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing, with astrong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Proven experience working withmultiple companies or brands
, ideally in edtech, e-commerce, or digital products.
Demonstrated ability toscale ad campaigns
—for example, from ₹50,000 / month to ₹5,00,000+ / month—while improving ROI or lowering acquisition costs.
