NPST - Lead Network Administrator - VPN / WLAN

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Network Administrator to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of network professionals, ensuring network reliability, security, and performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of the organization's network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
• Supervise and mentor a team of network administrators and engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and access controls to safeguard organizational data.
• Plan and execute network upgrades, patches, and expansions with minimal downtime.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation including topology diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate new technologies and resolve network-related challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to networking and data security.
• Manage network capacity planning and forecasting to meet future organizational needs.
• Respond to network emergencies and provide on-call support as needed.
