Champion innovation narratives around S / 4HANA, BTP, AI, Joule, Industry Cloud, and Sustainability. Drive practice development initiatives to keep HCLTech at the forefront of SAP technology advancements. 20+ years of SAP experience with a strong background in consulting, transformation, and presales leadership. Proven track record of winning and delivering large SAP transformation or RISE programs. Strategic thinker with the ability to align SAP’s roadmap to client needs. Collaborative, influential, and globally minded leader.
Role Overview :
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Leader - SAP Solutions Head to lead our global SAP transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role involves defining solution strategies, engaging with clients, managing partnerships, and championing innovation in SAP technologies.
Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Delhi NCR (India)

Strategic Leadership & Solution Ownership
- Define and execute HCLTech’s global SAP solution strategy aligned with market trends and client needs.
- Lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including RISE initiatives exceeding $25M+.
