The Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering is responsible for driving the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on the design and implementation of tools, fixtures, and jigs to support efficient and high-quality production.

This role plays a key part in ensuring operational excellence by delivering innovative engineering solutions that enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, improve workplace safety, and support new product introductions within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safety First : Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero-harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
• Design and develop high-quality 3D models of fixtures, jigs, and tooling using UG NX software, ensuring alignment with manufacturing requirements and design standards.
• Lead the introduction of new products and processes within the WMI framework, ensuring smooth integration into the production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technology, product engineering, and manufacturing—to ensure design feasibility and alignment with NPI goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cycle times, enhance safety, and support continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen.
• Stay current with advancements in 3D design tools and manufacturing technologies to drive innovation and maintain best practices.
