About the role
Responsible for supportingTalent Management &Learninginitiatives along with theProject leadfordesignatedprojects andOrganizational Units (OU) at Zeta. Includes end-to-end program management - handlinglogistics, communication, socialization, driving adoption and impact measurement.The focuswill be onowning project execution and delivery, and building strong learnerconnections, engaging with them toidentifyandfindsolutionsfortheir requirements.This role will require collaboration with Business stakeholders, People Partners, andlargerPeople Successteamto drive meaningful programsacross learning, performance, and organizationaldevelopment.Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development :Supportlearning needs analysis through various datainsightsanddiscussions with leaders,managersand learnersCurateand managelearning journeysthat address behavioural,technical,and domain areas.Drive learning journeys end to end - Contribute to ideation, work with SMEs, sign offs, setting up on LMS, tracking & reporting completion.Lead implementation of assigned learning programs specific to OU and centrally for the organizationHandle the communication and socialization aspects of all initiatives, ensuring effective dissemination of information.Continually evaluate learner experience and challenges through regular 1-1s and FGDs with learner cohorts.Support the management of OU learning budgets by tracking spends,maintainingrecords, and helping generate basic insights for reporting.Coordinate end-to-end training readiness by preparing learning materials (guides, decks, handouts) and managinglogistics, venue setup, attendance, and other delivery essentials.Talent Management :Support performance management processes, includinggoal setting, check-ins, and semester review cycles.Partner with the Performance Management and People Partner teams to drivetimelycompletion, communication, and adoption of performance processes.Assistin data collation, analysis, and reporting on performance cycle progress and outcomes.Contribute to the design and delivery ofongoing talent initiatives such as managercapabilityprograms.Support theexecution of organization-wide talent initiatives, ensuring strong process hygiene and communication.Skills
