Job Description

To manage an efficient, safe site producing finished products that fulfil the requirements of our customers at least cost / maximum financial benefits.

Key Deliverables

• Quality and consistency of finished products.
• Mill performance.
• Seeking continuous operational improvement.
• Effective management of raw material, intermediate and finished product stock levels.
• Cost control (notably labour, energy, maintenance).
• Site Hygiene.
• Site Condition.
• Health and Safety.
• Direct management and motivation of production team.
