We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Tele-Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, pitching software solutions, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Explain software products, features, and benefits effectively to clients.
- Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and feedback.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly sales targets.
Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi preferred).Confidence in pitching software or IT-based products over phone calls.Basic understanding of CRM, SaaS, or IT solutions (training will be provided).Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in IT / Software Sales, BPO, or Telemarketing is an added advantage.Salary :
