Job Title : Admin Executive – Yard & Warehouse Operations

Location : Commercial Vehicle Yard , Panvel - Maharashtra

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support for yard and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, vendor coordination, and smooth internal communication. The role is pivotal in maintaining operational discipline, audit readiness, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance

• Compliance Awareness : Understanding of audit protocols and statutory filing requirements.
• MIS Reporting : Preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports on yard status, manpower, and cost utilization.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory and operational reports (MIS, GRN, gate pass, etc.)
• Support audit preparedness by organizing and validating compliance records
