Job Title : Team Lead .NET, Azure & React.

Location : Pune, India.

Work Mode : 5 Days Work from Office (On-site).

Job Summary :

Zywave is seeking a Team Lead .NET, Azure & React to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with expertise in .NET, Azure technologies, React, SQL Server, and Git, capable of guiding a high-performing engineering team, driving best practices, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications using .NET, Azure, React, and SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud environments.
  • Support release management, branching strategies, and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a team leadership role.

    • Proven hands-on expertise in :

  • NET Framework / Core, C#.
  • Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services).
  • React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • SQL Server (T-SQL).
  • Git.
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum practices and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

    • Mandatory Skills :

  • NET (Framework & Core).
  • Azure Technologies.
  • React.
  • SQL Server.
  • Git.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Python.
  • YAML.
  • Terraform.
  • AI / ML exposure.
  • Prompt Engineering.

    • Domain Experience :

  • Prior experience or knowledge of the Insurance domain is highly desirable.

    • Requirements : Skills :

    Mandatory :

  • .NET (Framework & Core), C#, Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines), React, SQL Server (T-SQL), Git.

    • Good to Have :

  • Python, YAML, Terraform, AI / ML exposure, Prompt Engineering.

    • Desirable Skills :

  • Experience with release management and branching strategies.
  • Exposure to XML, DRI, ACORD Standards, B2B message processing.
  • Insurance or London Market domain knowledge preferred.
  • Experience working with an insurance software vendor.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
