We are hiring!

Role : Talent Acquisition

Experience : 2- 4 Years

Location : Andheri-Kurla Road (Mumbai)

Work Mode : Work From Office

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only

Note : Only Local candidates with Mumbai Location will be accepted.

Preferred Experience :

2–4 years of experience in IT and Non IT recruitment.
Experience hiring for software development , infrastructure , and emerging technologies roles.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of IT technologies.

Strong sourcing skills using platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Proven ability to understand technical job descriptions and match candidates accordingly.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .

Strong negotiation , stakeholder management , and time management skills.
