Overview of the Role :
The Sales Manager will take a consultive approach, listening to the client’s needs and requirements to ensure the best solution is found for the client. We will be looking to build a long-term partnerships with our clients where we can support their global needs.
The ideal candidate will be a great listener with the ability to think outside the box and collaborate with internal colleagues to create bespoke solutions where required. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading sales presentations. They will develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
