What You Will Do As a Technical Support Engineer (Solution Engineer)
Provide 24x5 support to customers across chat, email, and ticketing tools
Reproduce issues using dev tools, logs, and test data
Maintain SLAs for first response and resolution
Escalate bugs with clean repro steps to Engineering / DevOps
Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and share recurring patterns
Serve as the customer’s voice internally by sharing product feedback and usability issues
Troubleshoot issues in :
Test creation, step authoring, and element identification
Test execution failures across browsers and environments
Browser-specific behaviours (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
What You Should Bring
Required :
1–3 years in Technical Support / Application Support / QA Support
Understanding of HTML DOM, CSS, and browser dev tools
Familiarity with manual and automation testing concepts
Clear communication skills and ability to simplify technical explanations
Logical troubleshooting mindset and patience with chat interactions
Willingness to work rotating shifts (24x5)
Good to Have :
Ability to read basic JavaScript / Java / Python
Experience with SaaS platforms, ticketing tools, and cross-browser testing
Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
