We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring alignment with business goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs within set timelines.
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment data, prepare hiring reports, and track metrics for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and skill expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational hiring policies.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).5–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced industry.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, recruitment techniques, and market trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Benefits :
