We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business challenges through data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, experience working with data warehouses, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly between business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities :

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop and execute advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from Postgres SQL and other data sources.

Perform complex data analysis to support business decision-making and operational reporting.

Collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, and technical developers to ensure seamless system integration and solution delivery.

Work within data warehouse environments to validate data accuracy and consistency.

Utilize analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to interpret and present data insights.

Act as a techno-functional bridge, ensuring the alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

Proactively identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and systems.

Required Skills :

Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Advanced hands-on experience with SQL queries and data analysis (Postgres SQL experience is a plus).

Experience working with Data Warehousing concepts and large data sets.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with both business and IT teams .

Excellent communication skills with the ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations.

Experience in performing complex queries involving multiple tables and conditions.

Ability to run analyses using SQL, BI tools, or other analytical platforms.

Prior experience in healthcare domain is a strong plus.
