About The Role

The Applications Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support across all three business units : Corporate AV, Government, and Hospitality to channel partners, consultants, and potential users within the AV integration industry. Key responsibilities include front-line phone and remote support, system design and calibration, software and hardware troubleshooting, as well as supporting trade shows and internal product initiatives.

This role demands extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of the organization's products, policies, and operations. It involves business travel and requires the ability to engage professionally with individuals at all organizational levels, as well as with external partners, distributors, and dealers. Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
