Experience : 2+ years in Performance Digital Marketing

Salary : ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)

Job Mission

You will be the strategic owner of our core digital acquisition channels. Your mission is to aggressively drive revenue growth and maximize profitability by planning, executing, and optimizing all performance campaigns across Meta and Google. A primary focus is to achieve a consistent 5−6x ROI / ROAS while significantly reducing our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience (Mandatory) : 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience in Performance Digital Marketing for D2C or E-commerce brands.
• ROI / ROAS Track Record (Mandatory) : Verifiable history of successfully managing campaigns that consistently achieved 5−6x ROI / ROAS or higher.
• Platform Expertise : Expert-level proficiency in managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Content Acumen (Mandatory) : Possesses a deep, actionable understanding of content and copywriting for digital ads and marketing funnels.
• Leadership : Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of performance marketing specialists.
• Bonus Skills : Experience managing performance campaigns on Amazon Ads and / or Flipkart Ads is a significant advantage.
• Analytical Rigor : Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to drive optimization.
