We’re Hiring – HR Recruiter | Hoora Technologies Location : Nagpur (Work from Office)

Type : Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Saturday

Compensation : ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Role Overview :

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and engage talent through job boards, social media, and referrals

Manage recruitment lifecycle from screening to onboarding

Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback

Maintain recruitment reports and ATS data

Requirements :

1–2 years of recruitment experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
