Insurance Process Delivery & Development (PDR)

team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our global investment operations.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Portfolio Accounting & Reconciliation :

Lead daily / monthly

portfolio accounting and reconciliation

processes for the firm’s investment assets within the insurance domain, ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Data Management & Analysis :

Utilize expert

SQL

skills for complex data querying, analysis, transformation, and reporting across various investment platforms.

Process Automation :

Drive initiatives to implement

process automation

solutions, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and shorten reconciliation cycles.

Technical Consultation :

Act as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between Investment Operations and Technology teams to deliver robust data solutions.

Stakeholder Management :

Collaborate effectively with global teams operating on the

EMEA shift

schedule.

Must-Have Qualifications

Experience :

4 to 10 years of total experience, with a significant portion in

Capital Markets

or

Insurance Investment Operations .

Domain Expertise :

Deep practical knowledge of

portfolio accounting, trade settlement, and investment reconciliation

cycles.

Technical Foundation :

Proven expertise in

data management, SQL programming, and process automation tools / scripting languages .

Good to Have Skills & Certifications

Stand out from the crowd if you possess :

Certifications :

Professional certification in

SQL .

Cloud / Big Data Exposure :

Experience or certification in

Cloud technologies

(e.g.,

AWS ) or big data platforms ( Hadoop, Databricks ).
