Role : Finance – Payables

As part of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the accounts payable function to ensure smooth operations across vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in payment processes—all while fueling one of India’s fastest-growing FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice validation, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.) while processing payables.

Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.

Prepare periodic reports on payables aging, cash flow planning, and vendor outstanding.

Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and reconciliations.

Drive process improvements, automation, and controls within the payables function.

Build strong vendor relationships to ensure credibility and trust in financial operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred but not mandatory).

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in FMCG / Manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Tally).

Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
