Job Characteristics
As an RBDS Technician, you will :
- Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards.
- Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards.
- Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments.
- Manage project planning, execution, and service delivery after initial shadowing.
- Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes.
- Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees.
- Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
- Collaborate with Bioquells global subsidiaries and distributors.
- Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.
- Serve as the customer liaison for all on-site operational activities including pre-site meetings, site surveys, and process planning.
- Provide on-site team leadership and project ownership.
Education and Experience Requirements
B.E / B.Tech. or equivalent degree.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.High energy, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset.Flexibility in a customer-focused environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently on-site and within a multidisciplinary team.BSc or equivalent in Engineering / Science with hands-on technical skills.Project management and leadership experience (preferred).Candidates must be or be willing to be vaccinated against specific microorganisms.Skills Required
