This is a critical role responsible for ensuring the seamless and compliant execution of all day-to-day HR administrative functions for our growing tech workforce. You will be the go-to expert for HR systems, employee data, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

1. HRIS Management & Data Integrity

• System Administration : Serve as the primary user for the HRIS / HRMS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.). Manage system configurations for employee data, organizational structure, and workflows.
• Data Management : Ensure all employee records, documentation, and data points are accurately and securely maintained in the HRIS and physical files, adhering to data privacy regulations.
• Automation : Proactively identify and recommend opportunities to leverage HR technology to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
