Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution - Partner with the founder to define and execute strategic priorities, including new business initiatives, market expansion, and operational improvements.
- Product Thinking - Apply a product-first approach to problem-solving, ensuring customer centricity and scalability in all initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead GTM planning and execution for new products and services, including market research, positioning, pricing, and launch strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership - Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align on goals and drive execution.
- Business Analysis & Insights - Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, including competitive benchmarking, customer insights, and performance tracking.
- Founder Support - Act as a thought partner to the founder, preparing strategic briefs, investor updates, and board materials.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills
8 to 10 years of experience in strategy, product management, consulting, or GTM roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Experience in a startup or high-growth company is a plus.
