Job Description

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interview and extending offers.
• Design and implement engaging onboarding programs that ensure new hires feel welcome and informed.
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll, HR policies and more.
• Manage enrollment and communication for health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain accurate records of employee details, demographics, timesheet keeping and mapping their job roles.
