- Talent acquisition : Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for roles such as real estate agents, brokers, and property managers.
- Sourcing and screening : Write compelling job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media, and career sites. Proactively source candidates through professional networks, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and industry events.
- Interviewing and assessment : Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit. Assist in scheduling interviews with the hiring team .
- Process management : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter negotiation.
- Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and new employees are integrated into the company.
- Data and reporting : Maintain an organized Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill, to improve recruitment strategies.
- Industry knowledge : Stay informed about real estate market trends, regulations, and specific industry roles to better attract qualified candidates.

Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents and contracts. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws. Manage and organize legal documents, maintaining up-to-date records. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding legal matters. Support the legal team in case management and trial preparation. Facilitate and monitor the execution and proper filing of legal documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all legal deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a legal support role within the real estate industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of real estate legal processes and documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficient in using legal research tools and office software.
