We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Executive who can take complete ownership of the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations of both hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all hardware systems including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.
- Provide quick and reliable support for any hardware or software issues faced by employees.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and IT tools .
- Ensure regular data backup, security updates, and antivirus management .
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain the office network, internet connectivity, and email systems .
- Keep proper records of IT assets, licenses, and maintenance schedules.
- Train staff on basic IT usage and best practices when required.
