AI Forge India is a subsidiary of AI Forge, a renowned AI incubator based in London, focused on supporting and funding over 45 AI startups every year. The organization is committed to empowering visionary founders to revolutionize industries, stimulate economic growth, and address real-world problems. Through its comprehensive 12-week program, including 8 weeks of hands-on collaboration, AI Forge runs 3 cohorts annually, each consisting of 25 innovative companies. Startups benefit from mentorship and connections with industry leaders, ensuring sustainable growth and success.

Location : Mumbai (Hybrid : Mumbai + Remote)

We’re want someone who has SALES in the bloodstream and AI in the brain. A person who can walk into a boardroom and electrify executives with the potential of what AI Forge does.

This is not just a commercial role. This is a chance to help build India’s most exciting AI incubator, turning Mumbai into a powerhouse of AI innovation within a global network.

Role Overview

This role delivers two major revenue streams, so real sales experience is non-negotiable.

Your mission has four pillars :

1. Identify Corporate Partners

Spot corporates hungry for AI-driven solutions. Build bridges between their problems and our

founders’ capabilities. Drive meaningful collaborations that lead to pilots, POCs, and new innovations.

2. Sell AI Innovation Hackathons

Pitch our hackathons as the fastest and most effective R&D sprint a company can buy.

Turn “interested” into “signed.”

3. Secure Event Sponsorships

AI Forge hosts 40+ events every year. You’ll bring in sponsorships that turn those events into profit

centers.

4. Lead Perks & Partnerships

Manage your Sales Associate to negotiate exclusive perks, deals, and offers that make founders feel

like VIPs from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage corporates looking for cutting-edge AI solutions
  • Drive sales of AI innovation hackathons (our top revenue driver)
  • Build senior-level corporate relationships and convert them into long-term partners
  • Deliver two high-impact masterclasses in each cohort
  • Manage and mentor a dedicated Sales Associate
  • Host premium events : judges’ dinners, CTO breakfasts, investor mixers
  • Represent AI Forge at conferences, summits, and industry events
  • Be the external face of AI Forge India to the corporate world

What You Must Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales
  • Experience generating sponsorship revenue
  • A real understanding of AI : what’s possible, what’s hype, what solves real-world problems
  • Strategic thinking + deal-making ability
