Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Mathematical Economics & Econometrics, located in Bhubaneswar. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in economics, focusing on microeconomics, macroeconomics, and international economics. They will also conduct research, publish scholarly articles, and contribute to the development of the curriculum. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging in university service activities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and International Economics
• Proficiency in Economics and University Teaching
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
• Ph.D. in Economics or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching at the university level is preferred
