Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in Ranchi. The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, inspecting work progress, and coordinating with other professionals. The role also involves supervisory responsibilities including managing site staff and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings
• Quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
• Supervisory Skills, Excellent Communication and Inspection abilities
• Knowledge of Construction Safety practices
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in infrastructure planning and design is a plus
