Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shopify Executive based in Lucknow. The role involves overseeing and managing the Shopify platform, including product uploading, inventory management, and implementing updates. Responsibilities include website optimization, ensuring a user-friendly shopping experience, monitoring site performance, and troubleshooting any technical issues. The executive will also collaborate with the marketing team to enhance store visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Shopify and related platforms, with a strong understanding of managing e-commerce stores

Experience in product uploading, inventory management, and website optimization

Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and basic coding skills to customize website features

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and improve site performance

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Familiarity with design tools or graphic design experience is a plus

Previous e-commerce or retail experience preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
