Job descriptionResource needs to work in production support project in 24-7-365 environment in shifts on rotation basis. Production Support developer for a Bl and BAU project using Informatica / PL-SQL / SQL / Unix Scripting with 4-6 years of strong analytical skills using Unix Scripts. Strong analytical skill using Power centre Monitor / Designer / Workflow Manager. Hands on PowerCenter 9.5 version, worked on 10 Version is add on. Worked on One atomic Scheduler / Control m scheduler is Add on. Ensure that the application is running as per the SLA. Maintain and own bug management and incident resolution process. Resolve bugs within defined service levels. Manage and own application Bugs and incident life cycle, and drive those to permanent Debug, troubleshoot, root cause analysis, and resolve issues within SLA. Provide production support for BI and BAU applications using Informatica, PL / SQL, SQL, and Work in a 247365 rotational shift environment to ensure seamless operations and SLA compliance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter Monitor, Designer & Workflow Manager. Perform debugging, issue resolution, and root cause analysis to maintain application stability. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and bugs within defined SLAs. Maintain and own incident and bug lifecycle management, including documentation and permanent resolution 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience as an ETL Developer using Informatica PowerCenter. Proficiency in PL / SQL, SQL, and Unix scripting. Strong knowledge of PowerCenter Monitor, Designer, and Workflow Manager. Hands-on experience working on PowerCenter 9.5; exposure to version 10.x is an added advantage.
