Must Have :

• Technical + Functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS / Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll processes : pre-payments, costing, retro pay, BEE, year-end processing.
• Strong knowledge of Benefits administration : plan setup, enrollment, life event processing, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Fast Formulas, Payroll Balance Adjustments, Element configuration, and Benefit plan design.
• Strong technical skills : SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and Interfaces.
• Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefit providers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
