Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across the United States — working closely with clients, understanding technical requirements, sourcing the best talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

🚀 Job Title : US IT Recruiter / SR US IT Recruiter

📍 Location : Noida / Gurgaon (Onsite -Monday to Thursday)-(Friday -WFH)

🕒 Experience : 1 to 6 Years

🗓 Shift : Night Shift (6 : 30 PM IST to 3 : 30 AM IST)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment .
• Strong understanding of US hiring terms (W2, C2C, etc.) .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .

#KeyResponsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US clients.

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.

Expertise in working with C2C, W2, and H1B transfer models.

Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure successful onboarding.

Work effectively with implementation partners as well as direct clients.

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5years of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and H1Btransfer hiring models.

Proven experience managing requirements from implementation partners and direct clients.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sourcing skills using job portals (Dice,Monster,CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking.
