Citrix Support

hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Proficiency in Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Citrix Director, and Citrix Studio

Experience with Citrix Cloud, FSLogix, profile management, and GPO configurations

Solid understanding of Windows Server OS (2016 / 2019 / 2022) and Active Directory

Knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)

Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and task efficiency

Understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices
