Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and architecture of Citrix solutions including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Netscaler.
- Develop technical designs covering high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.
- Provide expert technical leadership and guidance for Citrix infrastructure.
- Ensure SLA compliance for Citrix environment performance and uptime.
- Implement and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps / Desktops and Hypervisors (XenServer).
- Optimize performance and stability of Citrix infrastructure.
- Manage Citrix ADC, Gateway, SD-WAN, Web App Firewall, and Application Delivery Management.
- Perform upgrades, patch management, and infrastructure improvements.
- Align all Citrix administration activities with ITIL best practices.
- Handle escalations, change controls, incident and problem resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor incident / problem trends and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
- Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
